Our latest art jam, Chris and Sheva from Resident Evil 5.
I...had fun going through the game with my friend Rockstar-Concepts. It was fun, and the game is certainly beautiful. We really liked the characters, I particularly like Sheva, hence why she gets to be in the front of my drawing. That said....the writing is TERRIBLE, the controls are clunky, the inventory system is retarded, and the whole thing is just a rehash of RE4, gameplay-wise I mean. Come on Capcom, give us SOMETHING new besides updated graphics. I don't know, I was disappointed with the whole thing. I hope Capcom gets their stuff together soon (I was dissapointed with Street Fighter 4 too...)
I love both games, I couldn't disagree more. I think they are 2 of the best games other than the last Metall Gear to come out in some time. Great drawing though.

A Jose Canseco Bat? Tell me you didn't pay money for this!
Thanks, Fooda. And yeah I guess to each his own concerning the games, haha. I'm looking forward to bionic commando, maybe my faith in Capcom will be restored.

The good that men do is oft interred with their bones, but the EVIL that men do lives on.
I totally agree about SF4 as well. Besides different graphics, it gave me nothing. And the cartoon endings looked horrible! Did they hire a high school art class do em?
hadn't played RE5 yet....

"It's not that Christ has been tried and found wanting, it's that Christ has been found too difficult, and left untried."
Definitely check it out, I mean maybe it'll appeal to you more than me. It's worth going through it just because it's so damn pretty. Especially if you can get someone to do co-op with you.
